AHCA HH Trading Provider ID Update

PROVIDER ACTION REQUIRED:

 Netsmart will be updating its TPID from TELLUS to NETSMART on December 6, 2023.

 Providers will need to update their TPID and select Netsmart as your Clearinghouse TPID in FMMIS  starting December 2, 2023 but no later than December 6, 2023.  Failure to complete this change will result in a delay and denial of payments.  Completion of this change prior to December 1, 2023 will result in a delay and denial of payments.

 Netsmart will be holding a town hall on December 5, 2023 from 2:00pm – 2:30pm to walk providers through completing this update.   On December 2, 2023 through December 6, 2023 you may also complete the update by following the link below for step by step instructions.

Instructions for Selecting Netsmart as Your Clearinghouse in FMMIS 

To designate Netsmart as your clearinghouse in FMMIS, follow these steps within the Provider Tab: 

  1. Click on Demographics Maintenance and choose the ‘EID Agreement’ option. 

  1. Select the "Link to billing agent/clearinghouse" option. 

  1. Scroll down and make the necessary adjustment by updating the Trading Provider ID to 302122. 

  2. Check the Acknowledgement “I agree' checkbox.

  3. Check the Signature “I agree' checkbox and then select the ‘save’ button.
