Mobile Caregiver+ Mobile App Enhancements

Over the next couple of months, Netsmart will begin releasing enhancements to the Mobile Caregiver+ mobile app user interface.  The first enhancements are scheduled for release on March 30, 2022.  Most of the changes are minor, but will allow for a better user experience and should not disrupt caregivers’ current workflow. 

For example:

  • Users will now be able to view the service description on the Visits Home screen. 

  • Users will also be able to view the visits in the last 45 days. 

The most significant change will be that new users will no longer be able to register as a new user from the Login screen.  For additional security, the ‘New User Registration’ link has been removed, so new users must be created and linked to an organization by the agency’s Provider Administrator via the Mobile Caregiver+ Provider Portal.  Independent providers will have no change to their registration process. Updated user guides will be updated and posted out on Netsmart’s training website which can be accessed using the following URL.
