Mobile Users Must Have Caregiver Role to Create and Start Visits

The Mobile Caregiver+ update that was released on March 13, 2024, corrected a defect that allowed mobile users with just a Provider Admin role to create and start visits in the mobile app. Going forward, users must have the Caregiver role to create and start visits in the mobile app. To have the Caregiver role added to a user account, please contact your agency administrator. Once the Caregiver role has been configured for your user account, you will need to logout and back into the mobile application. Tap the hamburger menu, choose Logout, confirm Yes. This will return you to the login screen where you can log back in to refresh your role configuration.

Please note that this change did not impact Provider Admin permissions in the Provider Portal.
