Removing Scheduler User Role

Netsmart will be removing the ‘Scheduler’ role from the system during the Production release scheduled for August 31, 2022. This user role does not have any specific screens or functionality associated with it, so if a user is assigned this role, without out any others, they can log into the Provider Portal, but will not have access to any functionality as shown in the screen shot below.

This has resulted in confusion for users of the Mobile Caregiver+ Provider Portal, which is why we are removing the role.

If your organization has any users with this role assigned, the role will be removed from the user. If the user had only this role assigned, they will still be linked to your organization, however they will no longer be able to log into the Provider Portal. We suggest that you review the Provider Portal users in your organization and unlink any users that no longer require access.
